Georgia’s biggest ophthalmology practice receives high performance rating for ophthalmology procedures
Eye Consultants of Atlanta, the largest ophthalmology practice in Georgia, was recently honored by U.S. News & World Report, which ranked its Piedmont Eye location among the best, high-performing ambulatory surgery centers in the country.

U.S. News & World Report, in collaboration with CareJourney, rated nearly 5,000 ambulatory surgery centers in four different specialties: colonoscopy/endoscopy, ophthalmology, orthopedics/spine, and urology. Among the total rated surgery centers, only 14% received the highest performing ratings across key factors assessing patient outcomes.
