Dr. Bordenca has seen my grandson several times. All visits have been very good experiences. The staff is helpful and... pleasant. Dr. Bordenca is patient with our toddler grandson & with our questions and answers them thoroughly.read more
Dr.Bordenca was the most insensitive doctor I have ever dealt with. The appointment was for my 4 month old, and we left... the office feeling rushed out and with little information about the diagnosis that he gave us. As a first time mom with a baby with health conditions, I was hoping that this doctor would give us some peace of mind or provide us with some encouraging words. For our next appointment we will be seeing a different doctor.read more
First time visiting, saw Dr. Bordenca because he was the only pediatric ophthalmologist in the area. I don’t understand... the good reviews he has.First of all, he did not acknowledge me or my son in the room. He just went straight into checking his eyes. I understand he’s busy but he needs better bed side manner.I should of listen to my friend about his manner. I felt very rushed and really didn’t get my answers throughly answered. He acted really annoyed with questions I had and took it like it was no big deal about everything. Maybe it’s so easy and not a big deal if your a medical professional but for people outside of that profession needs more explanation.read more
We always have the best experience here!My son is non-verbal, and has Autism so doctors appointments are usually... pretty stressful for him.... but not here! They are always so patient and sweet with him 💙While we were waiting for his eyes to dilate, he was very interested in watching the people going in and out of the elevators. So the lady that was taking temperatures at the entrance moved her own chair over, then moved another chair over so he could sit closer to the window and see better. He was so happy 😁 ❤️Highly recommended!!read more
My family's experience with Dr. B is always a fun time. I have 4 children and they remember exactly which doctors are... personable and Dr. B talks to them individually. He teaches then early how to answer their own health questions. So I make it a point to not change the health professionals my kids love and it's always a fun visit. Thanks again for all you guys do!The Smith Family.read more
