Dr Wong and her staff are very courteous and competent. Dr Wong is very thorough and is someone I am comfortable and... happy to have as my doctor. I remember my first time visiting. I was in the waiting area and I was speaking to another patient and I was assured that I was in good hands. As a patient now I can assure you that you would be in good hands if you choose her as your doctor.I am so happy she is my doctor and I am forever grateful for the care I received.read more
horrible customer service. Extremely disappointed. They don't return phone calls. When call office, on hold 45mins- 1... hour. Transfer from dept to dept. takes forever. Extremely poor internal communications that impact the patient. - Office personnel should serve the patient with kindness, as should the docs, techs, nurses.read more
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wong’s since relocating to Atlanta in 2014. She and her team have truly been a pleasure to... see. With a chronic and progressive illness like mine, it helps reduce the stress when the staff are easy to work with. Dr. Wong takes the time to answer my questions and is aggressive, but careful in her treatment planning. I am hopeful for progress in my health and that her approach plays a major part in that.read more

I had to reschedule my annual appointment with Dr Wong for Christmas Eve morning quite early. When I arrived the office... was almost empty. I thought good, there will be little wait. The nursing staff called right as I sat down. My initial intake went quickly, I was in to see Dr Wong immediately. She had performed my second macular hole closer surgery 2 years prior, saving some sight in my left eye. She was genuinely glad to see me. I appreciate her warmth and pleasant personality. I trust her to do an outstanding job on any surgery. My exam went quickly, I was out of the building in less than an hour. All looked good! I will return in a year. Than you Margaret Wong!read more
My first time visiting Dr. Margaret Wong and her staff at eye consultants. All I can say is excellent service from... the minute I arrived and was greeted by the parking lot helper to checking in with my vitals(temp check) which was hassle free to signing in.The nurse was amazing, the man from Alabama that took the back of eye photos of my eyes to finally Dr Wong herself. If I could I would tell all of Atlanta to go there. But I won't😉because my appointments would take forever then. And let me not forget the young lady who checked me out and schedule my next appointments; she was amazing; her spirit and laughter was contagious.I wished I could give my first visit an extra star.PS. she spoke highly of my previous Ophthalmologists Dr. David D'Huerle who saved my eyesight❤❤read more
