James H. Frank, M.D. is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist, specializing in vitreo-retinal disease. His undergraduate degree is from Southern Methodist University, and his medical school degree is from the University of Illinois. He completed his residency at the University of Rochester and his fellowship training at Eye Consultants of Atlanta. Dr. Frank joined Eye Consultants of Atlanta in 1997 and practices at the Cumberland and Fayetteville locations.

I have only been a Dr Frank patient for 2 years but he is one of the best specialists there is! He takes his time with... every patient and is never in a rush to get to the next patient! I am a diabetic and I have retinopathy and he has always been the one to explain every procedure Ive had and I’ve had a lot since I’ve been his patient!
