Dr. Patorgis and his technician Jessica were a joy. Dr. Patorgis seemed happy to spend as much time with me as I... needed, which is rare with doctors these days. He answered all my questions and asked for more. Jessica encouraged me throughout my eye exam. They laughed with me. I believe he solved my glasses issue with a new prescription for working on the computer and on my desk. It was a wonderful experience.read more
My appt was at 1:30 and I was seen an hour late. Then I was charged for a test then told about the fraction cost at the... end of my visit. In most cases the refraction cost is included in the visit cost. It end up costing me an additional $55 that I was unaware off. Will I go back most likely not. I was told upon leaving that they did not have an email address to send me details about the cost of my visit. This was shared with the person I made the appointment with so they did have my email address I paid the cost I like my doctor but I'll find somebody that's a little more stable. I paid for something at the end of my visit I was not aware of going into my visit thinking it was covered by my insurance and it wasn't. Most ophthalmologist charged refraction visit as part of the console visit so there isn't two fees. I feel like I was double-billed. No opthamologist can actually fit you for glasses or check your eyes without doing this test so what did I actually paid double for the office visit.read more
